A dedicated designer profile brings your creative identity, selected past presentations, and approved brand links together. Collection details and agreed promotional placements are prepared with your house, with a record of delivered placements after the event.
Meet the featured designers →Collection Preparation
Sakura Runway provides the production platform and official media assets. Your house prepares its garments and confirms outfit and fitting arrangements directly with participants before arrival in Japan. Garment transactions and sales facilities are not part of the event offer.
The collaboration framework is based on a designer-coordinated group of 10–20 participating models. Model numbers, collection scope, styling, and responsibilities are confirmed together before participation is finalized; submitting a collection does not reserve a model group.
Travel, accommodation, transportation, meals, and garment logistics are arranged by each participating house and its participants. The collaboration fee and full participation terms are provided before commitment.
A Considered Introduction
Share your brand, collection direction, portfolio or social profile, and planned model group. Tell us how you envision your work meeting the sakura theme. The Executive Office will review your introduction and discuss the collaboration with you.
Participation follows formal acceptance and completed onboarding.
