Sakura Runway collects only the information needed to review applications, prepare selected participants and coordinate the event.

Information we receive

This may include your name, contact details, location, photographs, modeling experience, clothing and body measurements, travel-related information and guardian details when applicable.

How it is used

Your information may be used for participant selection, communication, contracts, designer fittings and event-production planning.

Who may receive it

Access is limited to the Executive Office and the relevant regional, designer, or production team members who require the information to perform their responsibilities. It is not intended for unrelated marketing or public sale.

Photographs and media

Submitting application photographs does not by itself authorize their public use. Event photography, portfolio production, and media permissions are governed by the participation terms issued to selected applicants.
